If you are looking at Amplify.Link and wondering if it is a good music link tool for promoting your music and growing your Spotify streams, I’ve done the research for you and put everything you need to know in this review.
Amplify.Link is a solid music link tool that combines truly amazing-looking templates with lots of page types and options. However, you will not be able to properly run Spotify conversion ads unless you are on the ‘Pro plan’.
Although Amplify.Link does have free music links available, I can honestly say those aren’t worth it since you can’t run Facebook Ads and they have weird disadvantages like having ads and limiting the number of people that can view your links.
With that said, Amplify.Link is actually my #1 recommendation if you are looking for premium music links since they offer really great templates and can future proof your web presence with other pages, links, and even a shop.

Is Amplify.Link Worth It?
Amplify.Link is a marketing platform that allows musicians and music artists to create smart links that can be used for promoting their music.
Amplify.Link is worth the money if you like their templates and page types if it is in your budget, however, the free Amplify.Link pages are not worth it as there are too many limitations to be useful.
What’s great about Amplify.Link is that they offer lots of really cool-looking templates and can be used for bio links, pre-save links, unlock pages, and live stream pages in addition to music links to promote a release.
With that said, there are really 3 ways that you can use Amplify.Link music links to promote your music and start growing your Spotify streams:
- Sharing their music links directly with fans
- Adding their music links to your social media profile and bio
- Running “Spotify Conversion Ads” with Facebook Ads to your Amplify.Link page
When choosing a music link too it is absolutely crucial that your music links provide the basic features needed to be able to effectively run Spotify conversion ads above all else.
If the only reason you are interested in Amplify.Link is for sharing links directly or adding links to your social media profile or bio, you’d be better off looking at the best free music links available to you and saving some money. 🙂
If instead, you want to use Amplify.Link to its maximum potential by running Spotify conversion ads with them, all you really need are 2 basic features:
- The ability to integrate advertising pixels (like the Facebook Pixel)
- The ability to set up custom domains (so that your music Facebook Ads work with iOS14)
Amplify.Link does allow for everything you need to run Spotify conversion ads, however, you should know that you need to be paying for their ‘Pro plan’ in order to unlock these features.
Other than that, your decision on using Amplify.Link or any other alternative will be based on your budget, how you want your music links to look, and what extra features you might be interested in.
So – let’s get started by taking a good hard look at what you get with Amplify.Link’s ‘Pro plan’ and if it is worth the money or not.
Amplify.Link Pro Plan Review
Although Amplify.Link has free music links available, you will not be able to properly run Spotify conversion ads unless you pay $20 per month for their ‘Pro’ plan.
The ability to add advertising pixels and use a custom domain is restricted to the ‘Pro’ plan and the cheaper $10 per month ‘Basic’ plan, unfortunately, does not have the features you need.
I can recommend using Amplify.Link music links when on the Amplify.Link Pro plan because you can properly run Spotify conversion ads with these links.
Although $20 per month can be a bit on the pricier side, the number of sweet-looking templates, solid analytics, and extra features that you get like a shop and email collection pop-ups definitely make Amplify.Link worth looking at.
Before diving into all of the extra features you can get, here is a breakdown of whether or not Amplify.Link links have the necessary features that artists need to succeed with music links:
Pricing | $20 |
Spotify Conversion Ads | Yes |
Unlimited Links | Yes |
Advertising Pixel | Yes |
Custom Domain Verification | Yes |
Link Customization Options | Great |
Getting Amplify.Link properly set up for Spotify conversion ads by integrating the Facebook Pixel and setting a custom domain seems just about as easy as it is with any other link service.
Where Amplify.Link seems to shine is with all of the different templates they have available for music links that focus on new releases, link in bio pages, live streams, and more:
Although all you really need to have an effective music link design is the artist name, song name, album art, and link to Spotify, I must admit that the design of these templates is really eye-catching and well done.
In addition to some pretty decent analytics, I really dig the extra features like being able to add an email collection popup and being able to sell products on links that you create with their shop:
At the end of the day, $20 per month is a bit more expensive compared to other music link services out there, but the price could be justified if you are able to make the most out of their templates, shop, and email collection popups.
If you want to try it out, I’ll admit that I am not too crazy about what they offer on their ‘Free’ plan but they do provide a free 14-day trial of their Pro plan that can be worth checking out.
Pros of Using The Amplify.Link Pro Plan
These are the benefits of using music links on the Amplify.Link Pro plan:
- Really nice looking themes and templates
- Options for “link in bio” type pages as well
- Ability to sell products through a shop
- Ability to collect emails with an email collection popup
Next, let’s take a look at the disadvantages…
Cons of Using The Amplify.Link Pro Plan
These are the downsides of using music links on the Amplify.Link Pro plan:
- One of the more pricier music link options
Before diving into some alternatives to Amplify.Link music links, let’s take a closer look at what you get with their free links and if it is worth it or not.
Free Amplify.Link Music Links Review
The free Amplify.Link music links can be okay for simple sharing and adding to social media profiles, however, you will not be able to properly run Spotify conversion ads unless you pay $20 per month for their ‘Pro’ plan.
The ability to add advertising pixels and use a custom domain is restricted to the ‘Pro’ plan and the free option has some additional limitations like only allowing 500 visits per month and having ads on the links.
I do not recommend using free Amplify.Link music links because you can not properly run Spotify conversion ads with their free option.
Here is a breakdown of whether or not free Amplify.Link links have the necessary features that artists need to succeed with music links:
Pricing | Freemium |
Spotify Conversion Ads | No |
Unlimited Links | Yes |
Advertising Pixel | No |
Custom Domain Verification | No |
Link Customization Options | Decent |
Although you could use free Amplify.Links for simple music promotion like sharing and adding to social media profiles, I’d even consider looking at other free options for this since free Amplify.Link links have ads and visitor limitations.

…So What Music Link Tool Should You Use?
There are an endless amount of music link tools and website builders out there, that can allow you to start building music landing pages.
The truth is that you are free to use any tool that meets the conversion-focused requirements I mentioned in this article (and that you can follow along with in this free cheat sheet).
With that said…
Although it is a bit more advanced, I personally use and recommend hosting your own WordPress website and using a premium drag-and-drop plugin.
This combo allows you to create unlimited links and set up your links properly without having to upgrade or connect to another service.
It also allows you to future proof your web presence later since you can add an online shop, membership program, or whatever the next trend in online music marketing is after music links.
I’ve also created a free course (that I may have linked to like 100 times now hehe) that teaches you how to get set up with this combo and even includes the music and “link in bio” templates that I am currently using.
That free course will also go into the strategy of how to music links to grow your Spotify streams and how to optimize your music links so that they get you the most amount of streams possible.
Alternatively, if you already have a solution for a website or music links already just make sure your current solution meets these requirements first:
- You can install advertising pixels like the Facebook Pixel
- You have access to a domain (www.you.com) and its DNS so you can verify your website domain to Facebook
- You can create unlimited web pages and music links
- You can easily customize and modify your music links
